Scheduling Policy

Thank you for scheduling your appointment with us! We appreciate your business.

We’ve implemented a new policy to ensure that we can allocate our time, resources and staff efficiently for all patients. It also prevents any disruptions to our schedule.

A deposit requirement for services booked. This deposit will secure your appointment and will be applied to your total bill. The deposit amount is $50, and we kindly ask that it be paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit will be credited to your account at the time of service. If you cancel late or no show the deposit is forfeited.

For clients/patients with any prepaid services no deposit is required, however you will have to call and book your appointment to prevent being charged online. Please keep in mind if you late cancel or no-show we will redeem your service for that day.

All B12/lipo-c/glutathione/Tri-immune and any IM injections will not have a deposit however if you cancel late or no-show, you will be charged the cost of your injection. If you have a package, one of your injections will be redeemed.

All consultations are still complimentary, however if you late cancel or no-show there will be a $25 fee charged to the card on file.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, the deposit will be credited to your account if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are 15 mins late for your appointment only $25 will be credited to your bill. If you are more than 15 mins late your deposit is forfeited.

Refund policy

Our policy does not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a service has been provided, payment is nonrefundable. If a service is prepaid, there is only store credit. We encourage you to carefully review your treatment plan and discuss any questions or concerns with our team prior to receiving or paying for services. Your satisfaction and understanding are important to us, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care to meet your needs. There are no refunds on retail products, only store credit.
