Thank you for choosing us as your The Rejuvenation House Medi Spa & Clinic providers. When you schedule an appointment with us this appointment time is set aside especially for you and is not available to other patients. Therefore, it is important that you let your us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to come to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to make this time available to other patients.

A deposit requirement for services booked. This deposit will secure your appointment and will be applied to your total bill. The non refundable deposit amount is $50, and we kindly ask that it be paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit will be credited to your account at the time of service. If you cancel late, no show or are more than 15 mins late for your appointment the deposit is forfeited. For example, if you book your appointment for 10am and you can cancel at 11am the day before your appointment that is considered less than 24 hours.

For clients/patients with any prepaid services no deposit is required, however you will have to call and book your appointment to prevent being charged online. Please keep in mind if you late cancel or no-show we will redeem your service for that day.

All B12/lipo-c/glutathione/Tri-immune and any IM injections will not have a deposit however if you cancel late or no-show, you will be charged the cost of your injection. If you have a package, one of your injections will be redeemed. A debit or credit care is required to be on file for all booked appointments.

All consultations are $50. If you provider has time after your consultation, this fee will be applied to your total bill. If you provider does not have any time for your service that day, your consultation fee can go towards your next appointment if this appointment is booked at the time of check out at your consultation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, the deposit will be credited to your account if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are 15 mins late for your appointment only $25 will be credited to your bill. If you are more than 15 mins late your deposit is forfeited. A voicemail or text message after hours is not a cancellation.
