Procedure time depends on the amount of threads needed and the areas of concern. Smooth threads time can be anywhere from 30-60 mins and barb wired threads can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
Recovery Time
Recovery is usually 2-3 weeks. There should be minimal facial grimacing and/or movement to allow the threads to set and heal. Ice should be used immediately after and continued through the days following the procedure.
